Excursion “Turkmenistan is a land rich in historical and cultural monuments” organised
In accordance with the plan of events to be held in connection with the declaration of 2023 as the Year of “Happy Youth with Arkadag Serdar”, the Kerki district Council of the Lebap regional branch of the Magtymguly Youth Organisation of Turkmenistan organised an excursion entitled “Turkmenistan is a land rich in historical and cultural monuments” at the Alamberdar historical monument in Kerki district, with the aim of explaining and promoting the historical significance of our state cultural and historical monuments located in Turkmenistan and inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List. The excursion was attended by senior pupils and teachers of secondary school No. 29 of Kerki district and staff of the Kerki District Museum of History and Local Lore. During the excursion, there were interesting talks about the Alamberdar historical monument and several other monuments located in Turkmenistan and their historical significance.
