Our Neutrality is a wonderful value and a unique doctrine in ensuring the well-being not only of the Turkmen people but of all the peoples of the world. “The Neutrality of Turkmenistan is our sacred value, the meaning of our life and the main goal we have set before ourselves,” our Hero Arkadag emphasises. We clearly see the profound meaning of these wise words in the initiatives of universal significance being implemented by our country. Turkmenistan is steadily developing trade and economic relations with neighbouring countries and the states of the world on the basis of friendship, equality and mutual trust, and is pursuing an active investment policy. The large production facilities being built and commissioned and the international-level projects being launched are clear proof of this. On 1 December 2023, on the occasion of International Neutrality Day and the 28th anniversary of our Neutrality, the Kerki district Council of the Lebap regional branch of the Magtymguly Youth Organisation of Turkmenistan held a meeting entitled “Neutrality brought happiness to my people” with the participation of senior pupils of secondary school No. 33 of Kerki district, with the aim of discussing and promoting the successes being achieved in our country. Speakers at the meeting included E. Yoldashova, chief specialist of the organisational department of the Kerki district Council of the Lebap regional branch of the Magtymguly Youth Organisation of Turkmenistan, and G. Dovletova, deputy head teacher for educational work.
