Products worth nearly 117 million manats produced at the Turkmenabat cotton spinning mill

Since the beginning of 2026, more than 3,099 tonnes of cotton yarn have been produced at the Turkmenabat cotton spinning mill. Of this, more than 2,856 tonnes have been shipped to consumers. This was reported in the «Turkmen gundogary» newspaper.

As noted in the report, compared with the corresponding period of last year, the growth rate of production amounted to 105.7 percent. Since the beginning of the year, marketable products worth 116,838,787 manats have been produced, fulfilling the plan set in this regard by 100 percent.

The mill is equipped with textile machinery from well-known companies of Germany and Italy.

The spinning section of the enterprise has 1,200 spindles and 24 spinning machines, and mainly ring spinning is carried out. In the winding section, bobbins weighing more than 1.5 kilograms are prepared. The manufacturing enterprise mainly produces cotton yarn of counts 20, 27 and 34.
